Pack Expo is North America’s largest annual packaging event, hosted by PMMI, which brings together end users and suppliers from every vertical industry for three days. This year we are located in booth C-4009 in the Las Vegas Convention Center, and will be exhibiting an EL-G Filler/RC Capper monoblock for attendees to see. We will have all of our experienced professionals on-hand to answer questions about our company and the equipment we offer.
The EL-G Filler, or Electronic Gravity Filler, is a fill-to-level gravity filler that is a popular investment among manufacturers of juice, liquor and other free-flowing liquids. It is the ideal model for customers that desire consistent, level fills in their bottles at a high rate of speed. Utilizing an “Electronic Filling Shoe,” the EL-G helps to establish the most appropriate fill by modulating the filling valves’ flow at specific points throughout the filling cycle. When combined with our RC Capper on a singular base, or cabinet, it results in a smooth transition between the filling and capping processes, reduces the footprint of the machine, and limits the products’ exposure to air before the closure is applied to the container.
