We have several new style filling valves to choose from that have improved laminar flow to run even the most delicate products. We also have several upgrades available now, such as the improved automated bi-flow manifold.

This system will allow you to control the product flow as never before. This system adds fill control by adding a controllable cut off section to the last 90 degrees of the shoe. Advantages of this system are:

• Decreased product overflow or return.
• Reduction of the aeration of the product.
• Ability to run lighter weight bottles.
• Reduce the siphoning effect at the discharge.
• Reduce internal bottle pressure in the bottle at the discharge. (commonly called "burping")
• Eliminates the occasional low fills.
• You save energy, waste treatment cost and you will experience increased yields and efficiencies.

If you are having issues with too much back lash between the filler and capper causing splashing and bottle jams, then our e-sync package for the filler and capper might be just what you need. This package ties the filler and capper together electronically with inverters, motors and encoders eliminating the mechanical disadvantages of multiple shafts, belts, couplings and bearings. What this means to you is a smoother transfer eliminating product loss and downtime associated with bottle jams.

We also offer our Audit program where we come to your facility, perform an audit on your equipment and make recommendations on the findings of the Audit.
