Whatever your liquid bottling needs, U.S. Bottlers has the solution: US Bottles machines follow accepted filling conventions. We currently offer fillers to fill by consistent bottle level, accurate net weight of product, or precise volume of product. Our machines range from 8 to 120 filling heads for applications ranging from cans to PET bottles and pails.

Using advanced CAD equipment and numerically controlled machine tools, dedicated U.S. Bottlers teams build products that stand up to the demanding conditions on today's high-speed packaging lines. Options include steel, stainless steel, titanium and plastic body construction, control panels, and PLC interfaces.

Pressure Gravity Filler
The efficiency of any pressure gravity filler rests in large measure on the performance of it's liquid system. U.S. Bottlers experts custom tailor every filler to meet the varying packaging needs of each customer. Among the most popular configurations are the recirculating and closed manifold models.

An external tank or pump system draws the product to the roof of the filler for disbursement through the gravity distribution manifold. Overflow from the filling valves is separated into a closed manifold system and gravity fed to the external tank. This separates hot steam, foam, trapped air, and overflow from the supply mixture. It also keeps steam from escaping out of the filler into the machine center, where it can cause premature corrosion and heat dissipation.

Flow / Mass Measurement Filler
The newest members of the US Bottlers family, our mass and flow measurement machines offer incredible flexibility. These fillers are available with both electromagnetic and coriolis flow measurement devices depending on your application. A hot-fill version is also available with a special valve re-circulation device that will allow the user keep the liquid system hot in the event of a stoppage.

An external tank or pump system draws the product to the roof of the filler for disbursement through the pressurized distribution manifold. The containers are fed onto the Rotary Flow Filler, separated, and then positioned on individual filling stations under custom designed filling valves. Based on a container being present the filling process begins at a filling rate designed to suit the container's particular shape and dimensions and the product flow characteristics. Once the target fill volume is achieved, the flow of product is stopped, and the filling process stops.

Electronic Weigh Scale Filler
Weigh Scale fillers from U.S. Bottlers offer the most advanced bottle filling technology available today. Their speed and efficiency are setting the performance standard for the industry.

The weigh filler's simple design enables a bottle to be placed directly above the load cell, eliminating the need for linkage systems that can affect accuracy and resolution. Grippers or locators, to enhance bottle stability, can be used to position a container opening directly below the laminar style filling valve.

Piston Filler
An original concept, the U.S. Bottlers piston filler provides the most accurate and uniform volumetric bottle filling for liquid and semi-viscous products. The liquid system featuring an external pressurized supply tank, combined with a superior filling valve assembly enables refined control over the filling process. Reliable and efficient peak performance with reduced maintenance.

The containers are fed onto the Rotary Piston Filler, separated, then positioned on individual filling stations, under custom designed filling valves. Based on a container being present the filling process begins at a filling rate designed to suit the container's particular shape and dimensions and the product flow characteristics. Vacuum Filler
If filling to an accurate and consistent level in rigid containers is the desired liquid packaging method, the U.S. Bottlers Vacuum Filler is the machine for this application. A superior concept incorporating a simple and straightforward liquid system in a robust and durable mechanical design offers unparalleled performance, with high efficiency, and reliability.

The containers are fed onto the Vacuum Filler, separated, then positioned under special custom designed filling stems. Each individual filling stem slowly descends into the opening of the container and the sealer rubber seals the top of the container. Then the vacuum system removes air from the container, which in turn induces the flow of product into the bottle. Once the fill level reaches the vacuum vent, surplus product is drawn into the overflow system, and the filling process stops.
