U.S. Bottler's announces our rebuild opportunities on previously owned USB Equipment

Current machine design with 72 filling stations, L to R discharge, 96" PD, CW rotation. With all 304 ss cabinet, ss bedplate support, painted steel cam, painted steel slide rings, ss posts, ss manifold support and 316 ss liquid system manifolds, rotary unions and a set of valves.
Proposed Rebuild:

Rebuild valves with new outers, inners, bushings, bells, and seals. Rebuild rotary unions and replace silicone hoses and fittings. Clean and replace slide rods, bushings, rollers, and roller blocks. Repair attachment mounting and guarding frame to working condition. Provide attachments for one bottle size and one neck size. Add a drive motor and interface connection. Bearings, gearboxes, belts, to be checked, lubricated and reviewed for operation. Less controls and external tanks/ piping/ conveyor extensions/ pumps/ spare parts.

Please note that with any rebuild there will be cosmetic issues with cabinet finish, weld marks, scratches, holes, etc that will not effect performance but will be uneconomical to eliminate during the rebuild process.

USB guarantees the quality and integrity of all new componentry and will do its best to test and verify operation of existing hardware. However if original componentry beyond those included in the above statements require change or modification in the rebuild process, it will be discussed with the customer and subject to possible change. No warranty or guarantees are implied within this proposal. The customer may need to make additional changes to meet their standards for local codes or OSHA standards - (for example this machine currently does not include door interlocks).
