2010 Customer Care Field Training Rates (U.S. Only)

A purchase order is required to secure the Service Instructor's time and expenses before dispatching.

On completion of training, the Service Instructor for verification and approval by the customer will submit a time record. Should any questions arise regarding training charges, please contact our Customer Care Accounts Department.

Minimum Billing for Field Service: Eight (8) hours, plus travel time and expenses.

NOTE: If training is required for more than one shift per day, arrangements for more than one instructor must be made through our Customer Care Department
NOTE: On an extended trip, our instructors are allowed to return home every second weekend with travel charges billed at cost.
