A purchase order is required to secure the Service Technician's time and expenses before dispatching.
On completion of service, the Service Technician for verification and approval by the customer will submit a time record. Should any questions arise regarding training charges, please contact our Customer Care Accounts Department.
*Minimum Billing for Field Service: Eight (8) hours, plus travel time and expenses.

Emergency Service and Special Requests: $138.00 per hour plus expenses. Service requested within 40 working hours or less of the date for service. All hours after eight (8) and Saturday will be charged 1.5 times this rate. All hours worked on Sunday and Holidays will be 2 times this rate. | ||

NOTE: If service, installation, supervision or training is required for more than one shift per day, arrangements for more than one service technician must be made through our Customer Care Department. | ||

NOTE: On an extended trip, our Service Technician's are allowed to return home every second weekend with travel charges billed at cost. | ||
