2008 Field Service Installation and Service Rates

A purchase order is required to secure the Service Technician's time and expenses before dispatching.
|
| On completion of service, the Service Technician for verification and approval by the customer will submit a time record. Should any questions arise regarding training charges, please contact our Customer Care Accounts Department. |
*Minimum Billing for Field Service: Eight (8) hours, plus travel time and expenses. |

NOTE: On an extended trip, our Service Technician's are allowed to return home every second weekend with travel charges billed at cost.
