U.S. Bottler's Sanitair cleaning machines are built to deliver peak performance for the long run. They feature a choice of heavy-duty clutching as well as standard automatic controls to help safeguard the efficiency of your process.
	Sanitair Air Cleaner The Sanitair Air Cleaner utilizes a controlled amount of clean, compressed air in conjunction with a pre-determined vacuum to provide a thorough cleaning of the containers. The containers are fed to the Sanitair Air Cleaner, then separated and positioned onto individual cleaning stations. The containers are then inverted and cleaned. Pressurized air is introduced, simultaneous with pulling a specific amount of vacuum, which when combined perform the thorough cleaning of the container. The contaminant particles are extracted from the container and collected in a bag external to the air cleaner. 	Rotary Rinsers U.S. Bottlers rinser, a simple and robust machine providing outstanding performance with high efficiency and reliability. The Rotary Rinser with its enclosed liquid system, the “no bottle-no rinse” feature, and vacuum-enhanced draining provides a clean and dry process environment, The Rotary Rinser utilizes a controlled amount of water or rinsing solution to provide a thorough cleaning and draining of the containers. The containers are fed to the Rotary Rinser, then separated and positioned onto individual rinsing stations. The containers are then inverted and the rinsing tube releases a pre-determined quantity of rinsing solution. Once the rinsing operation is completed, the containers continue to travel in an inverted position until thorough draining is achieved.
